Job Accountabilities

1. Support daily policy issuance submissions and monitoring.
2. Assist the team with sales support and services, such as straight-through quotation and cover note preparation.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective ongoing sales performance.
4. Monitor and analyze business performance and sales results, comparing them with defined outcomes.
5. Resolve complex queries and errors promptly and efficiently.
6. Coordinate, plan, and implement measures; assist in projects.

Qualifications:
