Job summary

Wonderspire Group Berhad is looking for a UI/UX Design Associate who is passionate about creating simple, intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile. You will work with product, software development, marketing, and learning teams to improve user experiences.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior executives who want practical exposure to user research, UX thinking, mobile app design, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and AI-assisted product design.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in UI/UX Design or related field.
• Basic UI/UX principles.
• Willingness to learn and iterate with feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review existing web and mobile experiences to identify usability issues.
• Assist in designing and improving mobile app and web interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear digital experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implementable.
• Support user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyse user feedback and translate findings into design improvements.
• Improve onboarding, navigation, dashboards, forms, and key journeys.
• Maintain consistency across layouts, typography, components, icons, and visuals.
• Assist in developing and maintaining UI components and basic design systems.

Wonderspire is looking for a UI/UX Design Associate who is passionate about creating simple, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences.

You will work closely with our product, software development, marketing, and learning teams to improve the user experience of our web and mobile products.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior executive who want practical exposure to user research, UX thinking, mobile app design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and AI-assisted product design.

You will not just make screens look attractive. You will learn how to understand user problems and turn them into better digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing web and mobile user experiences and identify usability issues
• Assist in designing and improving mobile app and web interfaces
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Translate business and user requirements into clear digital experiences
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs can be implemented effectively
• Support user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyse user feedback and convert findings into design improvements
• Help improve onboarding, navigation, dashboards, forms, and key user journeys
• Maintain consistency across layouts, typography, components, icons, and visual elements
• Assist in developing and maintaining UI components and basic design systems

About you

• Diploma or Degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Good visual and layout judgement
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Interest in mobile and web product design
• Ability to receive feedback and improve designs quickly
• Currently not working as placement in September 2026.
