Job summary
EasyParcel Sdn Bhd is seeking a versatile product-minded professional to own end-to-end experience design for our shipping platform. The role blends product management, design, research, and copywriting to improve the merchant journey across desktop and mobile.
You'll lead framing problems, justify decisions with data, run usability sessions, and guide a designer and an intern, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship features that convert and delight merchants in Malaysia.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in product management, product design, UX, or hybrid roles.
- Experience building and shipping a feature from idea to launch.
- Strong portfolio with shipped screens and UX copy.
- Fluent English; Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese a plus for localization.
Responsibilities
- Frame the problem before proposing fixes with data.
- Define user journeys, IA, wireframes, and UI across desktop, tablet, mobile.
- Lead handoff to developers and ensure smoothship.
- Conduct merchant interviews and usability sessions.
- Set up tracking and run A/B tests to measure impact.
- Contribute to design system growth for faster future work.
- Write clear UX copy and maintain brand voice in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
