Job summary

MediaPlus Digital seeks a mid-level UI/UX Designer cum Graphic Designer to create modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps and digital platforms. You will research users, develop personas and wireframes, and build high-quality mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.

You’ll maintain a design system, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and craft marketing visuals while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in both UI/UX design and graphic design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and visual design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good understanding of user-centered design, IA and responsive design

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand user needs and design opportunities
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to outline intuitive user experiences
• Create high-quality mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and marketing teams to translate business goals into engaging design solutions
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for marketing materials such as social media graphics and banners
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining usability
• Present and communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and clients
• Iterate on feedback to improve design quality and user satisfaction
