The Brief

As a UI/UX Designer in 2X, you will be developing variations of B2B digital assets, including websites and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with different team members in problem-solving, decision-making, and organization for campaigns, giving you an overall exposure to a comprehensive B2B marketing service.

Responsibilities
  • User Interface Development: Translate design concepts into visually compelling prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs, ensuring seamless user experiences and responsive layouts across devices.
  • User Research and Analysis: Utilize user research methodologies to inform data-driven design decisions and analyze user data to gain insights and optimize designs.
  • Brand Integration: Incorporate client’s brand guidelines, analyzing existing design assets to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Design Optimization: Execute and adapt design assets across multiple platforms, drive A/B testing initiatives, and propose data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Design Systems Development: Develop and maintain UI kits and design systems to ensure brand consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content, marketing, data & developer team) to gather requirements and define design objectives aligned with project goals.
  • Client Management: Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Deliverables:
  • Provide design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Create various digital marketing assets including landing pages, emails, microsites, webpages, digital or social banner ad s and reporting dashboards.
  • Execute web projects covering UX, user journey, information architecture, wireframing, web analysis, and UI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, particularly web projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (including but not limited to XD, Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma, or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to present design concept visualizations through prototypes, mockups, and illustrations.
  • Capability to integrate technical and visual solutions into design concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, design conceptualization, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
