Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a UI Designer to craft intuitive web and mobile interfaces in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll translate product requirements into polished designs and help evolve our design system.

Requirements: diploma or bachelor in UI/Graphic/Interaction Design, 3–5 years in UI or digital product design, a strong portfolio, and Mandarin proficiency. Collaborate with Product, UX and Developers to deliver usable, accessible, responsive interfaces.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in UI/Graphic/Interaction Design.
• 3–5 years of UI or digital product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile UI work.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces for web and mobile apps.
• Translate requirements and flows into polished UI designs.
• Create layouts, components, icons, and design systems.
• Maintain consistency through design guidelines and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers.
• Optimize usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
• Prepare specs and assets for handoff.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate on feedback.
• Evolve the company design system.
• Stay updated with UI trends and tools.
