We had a humble beginning in 2009. We started as a secondary school tuition centre in Penang in 2009. At that time, our main focus was on guiding students to score more As’ in their exams. Sooner or later, we found that something is missing. Our students managed to score good grades in their exams but they lacked self-discipline, communication skill and the leadership skill to survive in the real world. Despite knowing that most parents were only interested in scoring good grades, we made a bold move in 2013. We did what we thought to be essential and necessary for youth development. We inserted leadership training elements into our education system.
