Who we are looking for
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of teaching or related work experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged).
- Teaching and classroom management skills.
- Prefer Mandarin‑speaking candidates as most students have a Mandarin‑speaking background.
- Responsible, committed and long‑term minded.
- Extra advantage if you have counseling / coaching skills.
What your roles are
- Teach 2 subjects and manage the class.
- Create, edit and upgrade teaching materials.
- Inspire students to achieve high scores.
- Plan and execute holiday programs during school holidays.
- Handle student issues.

Our Story
We began in 2009 as a secondary school tuition centre in Penang, focused on guiding students to score more As. Over time we realised that academic success alone was insufficient; our students needed self‑discipline, communication and leadership skills for real‑world success. In 2013 we integrated leadership training into our education system, expanding our mission beyond grades.
