Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in application support, ideally with Quantum/ION and Treasury operations.
• Professional certification in Treasury Systems, ITIL, or Project Management is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with system support and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Level 1 and 2 support for Quantum and integrated Treasury platforms.
• Monitor system health and resolve operational incidents.
• Participate in system upgrade projects and patch testing.
