Job summary

Public Bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end development of treasury structured products, including drafting and lodging product disclosure documents with the Securities Commission Malaysia.

You will coordinate with business units to ensure operational and system readiness for successful product rollout to the target market, and develop marketing materials to support launches and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law related disciplines with minimum 4 years of related working experience, preferably in Treasury Product Development, Treasury Middle Office or Treasury compliance
• Good working knowledge of Bank Negara Malaysia/Securities Commission's regulatory requirements
• Qualifications in Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC) and/or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) would be an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of the product development cycle for new and variation of existing structured products
• Develop and lodge product disclosure documents with Securities Commission Malaysia
• Coordinate with relevant Business Units and stakeholders to ensure operational and system readiness for effective rollout of treasury products to the target market
• Develop marketing and communications materials to support product launches and sales initiatives
• Conduct post-product launching evaluations
