Job summary

A leading fast-food chain in Malaysia is seeking an individual to support the treasury operations team for the Malaysia and Singapore market. The role involves daily sales file checking, cash reconciliation, and preparing bank statements. Candidates should have a degree in Finance or Accounting, with 0-2 years of experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. This position requires the ability to work independently and under a service-level agreement (SLA) driven environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Familiarity with Shared Services Center (SSC) environment is advantageous.
• Ability to complete high volume tasks in a SLA driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Post daily sales file to Ledger.
• Extract daily, weekly, and monthly bank statements.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve open items.
• Prepare cashless refund requests.
• Respond to inquiries from the Market finance analyst.

Skills

Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office
