Job summary

Port of Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Loan Administration & Treasury to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role supports borrowings management, loan administration, treasury activities, cash flow planning and CAPEX forecasting to ensure funding for operations and investments.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, auditors and other parties to ensure compliant reporting and timely funding, in a large, dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Degree, advanced diploma or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting operations, finance, treasury or related field.
• Experience in treasury operations, loan administration or cash-flow forecasting is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates may be considered based on suitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan repayment schedules and financing fees.
• Prepare fund transfer instructions to support obligations.
• Maintain records for loans, facilities and treasury transactions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly treasury and loan reports.
• Support bank reconciliation and performance of covenants.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external lenders.
• Contribute to CAPEX cash-flow forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain governance and documentation; assist in improvements.
