Job summary

TerraPay Holdings Limited is seeking a Manager - Treasury & Liquidity Management to lead global liquidity, cash positioning, funding, and FX exposure across currencies and banking partners. You will collaborate with Treasury, Banking Partnerships, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance to ensure efficient cash movement and robust controls.

The role supports TerraPay's stablecoin and digital settlement initiatives, enhances funding efficiency, reduces prefunding, and accelerates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years in treasury, cash management, liquidity management, payments, banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury operations.
• Knowledge of FX markets and multicurrency funding.
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, payment companies, or fintech organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with numerical proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity and cash positions across currencies, entities and banking partners.
• Monitor funding requirements and cash forecasting across global corridors.
• Optimise nostro usage and working capital across TerraPay's network.
• Ensure efficient liquidity deployment with adequate coverage across currencies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce idle cash and improve liquidity efficiency.
• Support FX execution and management of currency exposures across G10 and EM currencies.
• Develop funding optimisation strategies to improve treasury returns and reduce costs.
• Support stablecoin-based liquidity pools for cross-border settlement and treasury ops.
• Build treasury dashboards and analytics for visibility into liquidity and risk positions.
