Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Treasury & Corporate Finance professional for the Asia Pacific and China region to support banking infrastructure, cash management, and digitalization initiatives under a global governance framework.

The role requires a bachelor's in business/finance, 3+ years in corporate treasury, fluency in business English and Chinese, and experience with Power BI and automation tools. Join a diverse regional team driving financial excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Over 3 years of experience in corporate treasury within a multinational environment.
Strong business English and Chinese communication for China market engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiar with AI assistants and data tools.
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, Copilot Agent Studio is a plus.
Team player with ownership, learning agility, and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support banking infrastructure activities including client onboarding, KYC, and bank setup.
Manage cash balances, liquidity tracking, and regional cash pool coordination.
Execute, settle, and reconcile money market trades and related interest accruals.
Confirm and reconcile FX trades; support mark-to-market processes.
Ensure compliance with laws and Siemens Energy standards; support audits and controls.
Contribute to process optimization and digitalization initiatives in TCF solutions.
