Job summary

Maxvalue Management and Services Sdn Bhd is looking for a Treasury/Finance Assistant to support daily cash management, including monitoring bank balances, fund transfers and payments processing.

You will enter treasury and banking transactions into the accounting system, prepare regular cash flow reports, and assist with bank reconciliations and loan calculations. Fresh graduates considered; 1–2 years of treasury experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury, banking, or finance is an advantage (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basis accounting/finance software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cash management including monitoring of bank balances, fund transfers, and payments processing.
• Perform data entry of treasury and banking transactions into accounting software with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
• Support in bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Liaise with banks on operational matters such as account maintenance, remittances and trade finance documentation.
• Assist in managing loan drawdowns, repayments and interest calculations
• Maintain records of treasury transactions and ensure proper filing of bank and financing documents
• Support treasury system updates and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in compliance with company policies statutory requirement and internal audit request.
• Provide administrate support to the Treasury Manager / Finance Manager as needed.
