Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking a Treasury Analyst III - FX & Analysis for a 12-month contract within Global Business Services in Malaysia. You will manage FX risk, develop hedging strategies, and analyze capital structure and working capital.

The role reports to Treasury FX & Markets leaders and collaborates with regional teams. The ideal candidate has strong English communications, familiarity with Treasury systems (Quantum, SAP, Anaplan), and the ability to present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FX risk, plan hedges, and settle with banks per FX policies.
• Analyze finance, capital structure, and FX exposures; report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Treasury Front Office/Back Office to execute strategies.
• Communicate Treasury matters confidently with stakeholders.
• Be a treasury partner of the organization.
• Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.

About You

This is a 12 months contract experience hire in regional role that contributes to company's success by managing the FX risk and strategic analysis of capital structure, working capitals and longer plannings. This role will be reporting to both the Treasury FX & Markets leader and a dotted line to Regional Treasury Manager.

• Analyses FX risk, plan, and execute hedging strategies and settlements with banks consistent with FX policies of the organization.
• Analysing and building financials, Capital Structure and FX exposures of Company, understanding requirements, plan ahead, communicate and report to stakeholders.
• Working along with Treasury Front Office and Back Office in executing planned strategies, driving corporate activities and delivering timely results.
• Communicating confidently to stakeholders on Treasury matters, follow-ups and closure.
• Be a treasury partner of the organization.
• Other tasks as required by supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Good command of English and ability to articulate thoughts clearly, written and verbal.
• Having mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Good report writing and influential presentation capabilities is a must (excel, words and power point).
• Analytical, inquisitive and reciprocative to other functions.
• Good understanding of information system, workflows and technologies in workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a strong functional knowledge of treasury. The incumbent must be a confident in making decisions within authority limit.
• Good business acumen and understands cross-function interdependencies.
• Have a Bachelor degree in accountancy/finance or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in the financial area.
• Experience with a Treasury Management System, particularly Quantum, and knowledge of SAP, Anaplan and Fireapps is a plus.
• Experience in handling Global stakeholders.
• Experience working with international financial institutions, and a thorough knowledge of commercial banking practices.
