Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in Travel/Airlines/Hotel.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the travel industry.
• General working knowledge of Travel Industry and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Handle and track all enquiries and plan itineraries, make reservations.
• Provide clients with visa information and submit applications.
• Ensure enquiries are handled/delivered on time.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of reservations systems (GDS)

Good command of MS Office and Excel

Strong communication skills

Problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management

Certificate or Diploma in Ticketing / IATA / Travel / Tourism / Hospitality
