Job summary

A leading company in logistics is looking for a Manager in Strategic Planning & Performance Management. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid background in MS Office. The ideal candidate should be able to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and work in a fast-paced environment. This contract position may require some travel.

Experience

• Min 3 years related working experience in Automotive business, corporate business


• Solid MS Office background (Powerpoint, Excel, Word; BI)


• Data analyst skill (MS BI, Dashboard and Control Tower know-how)


• Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management


• Experience in Customer Relationship Management


• Ability to work with different cultures, languages & mindsets.


• Relevant work experience as Project Manager, Purchaser, Consultant and/or logistics manager in demanding line functions.


• Solid experience in logistics/supply chain management preferably with an international freight forwarder, industrial or trading company


• Auditor training (internal or external) e.g. VDA- or APQP-standard


• Analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills, strong communication skills (e.g.: conflict management, escalation reviews with suppliers etc.)


• Knowledge of Lean Management


• We are looking for someone with initiative, enjoying accountability, having a solution-oriented way of working and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to story tell complex solutions in easy language & writing, team player and excellent organizational and empowered and with strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.


• The person we are looking needs be passionate about making great Powerpoint presentations and needs to have a good story telling mindset


• This position requires some travelling
