Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate outbound transport operations, including vehicle scheduling, delivery tracking, exception handling, and on-time performance monitoring.

Monitor transport and distribution KPIs to ensure service levels and operational efficiency are met.

Continuously improve delivery processes and optimize transport costs.

Maintain logistics system data (ITMS), including order creation, vehicle and route tracking, POD uploads, and cost updates.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of delivery tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above.

1–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations, preferably in warehouse-distribution environments.

Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders from China.

Strong sense of responsibility, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics systems.
