Responsibilities

• Monitor group inboxes and provide updates on case logs.
• Review breach and KPI reports, owning exceptions as needed.
• Collaborate with teams for system and process enhancements.
• Review and update procedures for efficiency and controls.
• Participate in testing of process-related functions and projects.
