Our professionals are empowered to innovate and grow as we shape the future of tax advisory, accounting, and transfer pricing consultancy.

Be part of a forward‑thinking team where your insights and leadership will make a tangible impact.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Transfer Pricing Manager to lead and grow our Transfer Pricing division. This role involves strategic planning, in‑depth policy development, and managing complex transfer pricing engagements. As a key member of the tax leadership team, you will work closely with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust compliance with local and international tax laws while optimizing global tax efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of mid‑tier SMEs and public‑listed companies in all areas of transfer pricing, including strategic planning, documentation, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor transfer pricing policies that are aligned with business operations, intercompany transactions, OECD guidelines, and local tax regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking analyses, local files, and master files in accordance with relevant statutory requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of Transfer Pricing Specialists, while establishing KPIs and SOPs to ensure high‑quality deliverables and continuous professional growth.
  • Collaborate across departments (finance, legal, operations) to support business transactions and intercompany arrangements by translating technical TP requirements into practical, business‑friendly solutions.
  • Monitor and stay abreast of international tax developments (e.g., OECD guidelines, updated TP Guidelines) and provide timely advisory on their implications to clients.
  • Support and represent clients—together with the Transfer Pricing Director—in tax audits, queries, and negotiations with tax authorities related to transfer pricing matters.
  • Identify opportunities for value creation through tax‑efficient structures, intercompany pricing mechanisms, and operational optimizations.
  • Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, participating in client pitches, and sharing knowledge through internal and external initiatives.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MICPA are highly preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
  • 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a consulting environment or multinational firm with exposure to cross‑border transactions and advisory work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver end‑to‑end project execution with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical expertise in OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Malaysian Income Tax Act, and relevant Transfer Pricing Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technical matters to clients, stakeholders, and tax authorities.
  • Highly self‑driven, organized, and adaptable, capable of performing in a fast‑paced, evolving regulatory environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive remuneration package based on experience and performance.
  • Opportunities to lead strategic projects and shape client transfer pricing policies across diverse industries.
  • Exposure to a broad client portfolio, including local SMEs, multinational groups, and public‑listed companies.
  • A collaborative and forward‑thinking work culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Structured career development, including support for professional certifications and pathways toward becoming a licensed tax agent (MIA, CTIM, LHDN).
  • Access to internal and external training, leadership development, and knowledge‑sharing platforms to grow your technical and advisory capabilities.
