Confidential is a global digital asset platform seeking a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to review alerts and investigate suspicious activity, turning data into evidence-based findings to protect platform integrity.

You will monitor transactions, test rules, and collaborate with risk, compliance, and technology teams to drive improvements and ensure regulatory alignment. English communication and meticulous documentation are essential.

We are a global digital asset platform serving customers across multiple markets. Our compliance teams work across functions to protect platform integrity, meet regulatory expectations, and strengthen controls as transaction activity evolves.

Why this role

Digital asset markets operate continuously, creating transaction patterns that require careful review and timely judgment. You will turn monitoring alerts and transaction data into evidence-based findings that protect platform integrity and enable sound compliance decisions. During your first 12 months, you will independently handle routine alerts to the required quality standard, contribute actionable case insights to rule improvements, and help close recurring investigation and workflow gaps with partner teams.

What you'll do

• Monitor digital asset transaction activity, investigate unusual patterns and alerts, document the evidence, and escape material findings under established policies and procedures.
• Analyse case outcomes and alert trends to test, maintain, and refine transaction-monitoring rules, improving detection quality while reducing unproductive alerts.
• Produce concise investigation reports that explain the activity reviewed, analysis performed, conclusions reached, and rationale for escalation or closure.
• Work with compliance, risk, and technology colleagues to resolve cases and translate recurring control issues into practical workflow improvements.

What you'll bring

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above and can analyse high-volume transaction data, distinguish meaningful risk signals from noise, reach evidence-based conclusions, and follow cases through escalation or closure without losing attention to detail.
• You can turn recurring case patterns into practical recommendations for monitoring-rule testing, calibration, or workflow improvement.
• You communicate clearly in English, produce investigation records others can follow and challenge, and work constructively across compliance, risk, and technology teams.
• You apply policies consistently, protect confidential information, escape uncertainty, and maintain sound judgment and documentation quality across shift-based coverage.

Bonus

• Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, financial crime compliance, or transaction monitoring through coursework, an internship, or practical work.
• A relevant credential such as CAMS or Chainalysis Reactor certification.
