Job description

As part of commitment to service excellence and operational excellence alongside continuous learning, we are expanding our Training & Development team.

We are looking for a competent and motivated Training Support Executive to support our pre, actual and post training administration.

Additionally, the scope includes development and delivery of various learning initiatives to help embed a culture or high performance and outstanding customer service across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate learning sessions (online) to Singapore outlets, based on materials developed by the Training Department, on topics such as customer service, product knowledge, compliance and store procedures
  • Support organization's training at various stages through activities like scheduling and reminders, being a co-facilitator, consolidation of data into reports, etc.
  • Create and develop training materials and resources to support the organization’s continuous learning culture
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to observe, identity and address skill or knowledge gaps among staff
  • Deliver feedback and performance insights to the Training Manager for continuous improvement of training strategies
  • Act as a training ambassador, promoting a positive learning culture and upholding Company’s service standards
Requirements
  • A strong interest in training, learning and development is required
  • Experience in frontline retail / services role would be advantageous
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels
  • Degree holder in relevant field with spoken and written skills in both English and Mandarin due to work associates
  • Highly adaptable with a hands-on, service-first attitude
  • Minimal or no travelling is required to Singapore
