You must be

You will
  • Prepare, develop and upgrade G.O-G.E teams in terms of general and technical skills.
  • Engage and support our G.O-G.E teams with a combination of 4 training elements: classroom, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training.
  • Develop the skills of our G.O-G.E teams on learning and training actions in culture and brand, safety, hygiene, risk and soft skills.
  • Ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders such as the Training Manager or Human Resources Manager, in line with the Talent University (UDT) vision and ambition.
Village Training Supervisor (M/F)
  • UDT ambassador: marketing, implementing, creating, improving and communicating Club Med's employee development strategy on various platforms.
