Job summary

Sistem RKK Sdn Bhd is seeking a Program Marketing Executive to turn training ideas into market-ready campaigns. You will shape messaging, create promotional materials, and coordinate launches across digital channels.

The role requires a Marketing-related degree and 1-3 years of experience, with strong English writing and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, programme management, events, training, education or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
• Able to turn complex information into simple, engaging and persuasive messages.
• Experience creating marketing content for social media, email campaigns and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and promotional plans for our training programmes and workshops
• Translate programme content into clear, attractive and compelling marketing messages
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, EDMs, social media content and promotional campaigns
• Manage programme launches and marketing timelines
• Coordinate with trainers, speakers and internal team members to gather programme information and marketing inputs
• Manage digital marketing channels and support lead generation and participant recruitment
• Monitor campaign performance, enquiries and registrations, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of new programme ideas based on market trends and customer needs
• Ensure all programme marketing materials are accurate, professional and consistent with our brand

Are you someone who can turn a great idea or programme into something people want to join?

We are looking for a Program Marketing Executive to join our team and play an important role in bringing our training programmes to market.

You will work closely with our team to transform programme ideas and content into compelling marketing campaigns — from positioning and messaging to promotional materials, social media and participant engagement.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys the combination of marketing, creativity, communication and execution.

What You'll Do?

What We're Looking For
