A well-established training academy is seeking a dynamic Training & Marketing Manager to enhance its HRD Corp-claimable training programs. The role involves market identification, marketing strategy development, and relationship management with industry partners. Candidates should have experience in training promotion and stakeholder coordination. This position is located in Malacca, Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HRD Corp Levy Claimable programmes, training promotion, or business development.
  • Strong in program marketing and stakeholder coordination.
  • Independent, creative, and target-driven individual with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify marketable HRD Corp Levy-claimable courses and suitable trainers.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to attract participants.
  • Plan and maintain an annual training calendar aligned with HRD Corp priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with companies, trainers, and industry partners.
  • Drive participant recruitment and course promotion to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Monitor training performance and recommend strategies to improve results.

Accelskill Academy is expanding its HRD Corp–levy claimable training portfolio and is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Training & Marketing Manager to plan, promote, and grow our training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify marketable HRD Corp Levy-claimable coursesand suitable trainers to deliver them.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaignsto attract participants and company clients.
  • Plan and maintain an annual training calendaraligned with HRD Corp priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with companies, trainers, and industry partners.
  • Drive participant recruitment and course promotionto achieve monthly enrolment targets.
  • Monitor training performance and recommend new strategies to improve results.
Requirements:
