Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot client inquiries by identifying and resolving issues related to trading platforms, account management, order execution, and market data.
• Assist traders with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and KYC verification.
• Provide real‑time support for trade execution issues, platform connectivity, and market‑related queries.
• Monitor trading systems for potential issues and escalate technical problems to relevant teams.
• Educate clients on trading platform functionalities, order types, and risk management tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Risk, Compliance) to improve trading operations and client experience.
• Stay updated on financial markets, trading regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in customer support, trading operations, or financial services.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, CFDs, Forex, or cryptocurrency trading.
• Familiarity with MT4, MT5, cTrader, or other trading platforms (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including market open/close times.
