Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Forex/CFD brokerage (Support/Operations/Client Service preferred).
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 and basic Forex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for Managed Accounts and Social Trading clients.
• Handle daily operational tasks (strategy setup, withdrawals, commissions, troubleshooting).
• Monitor account activities and ensure procedures are followed.
• Provide support via live chat, email, and phone.
• Guide clients/partners on MT4/MT5 and trading products.
• Help retain and grow client relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
