Join Watsons Malaysia as a Trading Officer to support promotion planning, supplier relations, and cross-department collaboration in a leading health and beauty retailer.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist Deputy Manager/Category Manager in weekly and monthly promotion planning and category strategy planning, including administrative duties.
• Establish collaborative relationships with Marketing and Supply Chain departments on stock commitment and promotion planning.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and total customer satisfaction.
• Perform data entry on listings and follow up with internal and external parties.
• Provide full support to direct and indirect superiors.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent within FMCG Health & Beauty Industry.
• Preferably 1-2 years of merchandising experience (advantageous).
• Strong focus on internal stakeholder engagement within Supply Chain and Marketing departments.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, handle stress, be a team player, and manage time effectively.
