Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Fresh Graduates/Entry Level are welcome to apply; full training will be provided.
• Candidates with relevant trade operations experience will be considered for Senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Check, verify, process, input, and authorize all trade transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure correct registration of all trade transaction data in the system.
• Perform data input and scanning of trade documents into the central system.
• Record the receipt of all incoming trade documents accurately.
• Acknowledge Trade Services requests from customers and branches.
• Track and reconcile payments for outstanding bills and completed transactions.
• Perform other duties assigned to support overall operations.

Skills

Good written and oral communication skills

PC literate

Knowledge of consumer banking products

Education

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent
