A leading beverage company is seeking a Trade Marketing Director to drive sales through shopper activation and brand strategies. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in trade marketing within a MNC, focusing on Modern Trade and General Trade in East Malaysia. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing budgets, and leading trade programs. Competitive compensation and benefits included.
To direct the Trade Marketing function in ensuring company and category objectives are achieved by translating overall brand strategies into actions that build sales volume, create brand relevance, and drive category growth, specifically in General Trade and East Malaysia (a mixture of GT and MT). The role will also be responsible for all elements of shopper activation programs for Beverage and Health Enrichment, aimed at delivering desired changes in shopper and retailer attitudes and behaviors, both in-store and on online platforms.
