Responsibilities
  • To deliver Category Strategy and sales target.

  • Be custodian to Brand management & Shopper Management at category, channel & customer level and ensure synergies among them into customer marketing actions.

  • Key lead for Category Managements, Trade Promotion & Activation. Develop, execute and perform programs created to enhance brand presence and ultimate offtake from consumers.

  • Championing Shopper/ Channel specified insights and needs throughout the business.

  • Champion for trade spend optimization, performs ongoing ROI analysis and monitor promotional effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Develop category or customer 4P strategy and tactics to drive profitability and growth of the consumer business. Ensure 4Ps is smoothly execute at channel & customer levels.

  • Develops Go To Market Strategies into channel level/ major retailers plan

  • Contributes to forecast accuracy and proposing the execution of programs to maximize sales volume potential to achieve business plan. Responsible for launch projection for New Product Launch.

  • Possess understanding of current market trends, competitive activities, consumer buying behavior and attitudes.

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, as and when required

  • Adhere to Galderma RA/QA/PV policy related to Trade Marketing Manager role

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business and above.

  • At least 5 years of work experience in the FMCG sector in trade marketing, and preferably additional functional experience in either sales, category development or marketing.

  • Results oriented and ability to improve continuously with resourceful problem solving, good leadership and interpersonal skills
