A travel and tourism company is seeking a professional to design and develop domestic and international tour packages. You will coordinate logistics, oversee bookings, and manage budgets to ensure seamless operation of tours. Candidates should have strong negotiation skills, proven experience in the industry, and the ability to handle various operational aspects. The position may require relocation or commuting to Seri Kembangan, Kuantan, or Pasir Gudang.
Design and develop domestic and international tour packages.
Conduct cost analysis and negotiate rates with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers.
Ensure packages are competitive, profitable, and meet market demand.
Coordinate all logistics related to the tour—transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, and guide services.
Ensure smooth operation of tours by preparing detailed tour schedules and managing day-to-day tour execution.
Monitor the tour’s progress and troubleshoot issues on the ground if necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers (e.g., hotels, transport companies, local guides).
Ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Handle contracting and renewal of supplier agreements.
Oversee all bookings, confirmations, and payments related to tour components.
Prepare and issue travel documents including vouchers, itineraries, and travel instructions.
Ensure visa, insurance, and travel requirements are communicated to clients or handled accordingly.
Track expenses and ensure tours are run within the allocated budget.
Review supplier invoices and process payments.
Prepare financial reports related to tours.
Assign and brief tour guides, and local representatives.
Provide them with the necessary information and materials for the tour.
Evaluate their performance post-tour.
