About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Tour Operation professional to join the team at QEM Worldwide Travel (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading travel agency in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Tour Operation specialist, you will be responsible for planning and organizing comprehensive tour packages for both FIT and group travellers. This role offers the chance to leverage your expertise in the travel industry and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and coordinating customized tour itineraries that meet the diverse needs and preferences of clients
  • Design basic promotional materials such as itineraries, e-flyers, and social media posts using Canva
  • Handling all operational aspects of tour arrangements, including booking, ticketing, and logistics
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their tours
  • Continuously researching travel trends and destinations to identify new opportunities
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tour operations or a related travel industry role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of popular destinations, travel products, and industry best practices
  • SPM or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
