Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Prepare, setup and issue tooling required for machining operations (CNC Milling and CNC Turning)

Maintain and monitor tooling inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.

Inspect, sharpen, repair, and replace worn or damaged tooling to sustain machining accuracy.

Collaborate with CNC programmer, engineers, and machinist to determine tooling requirements for new jobs.

Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on tooling and fixtures.

Maintain documentation of tooling usage, history, and maintenance records.

Competency Requirements
