Responsibilities

• Carry out tool making for die inserts and punches production.
• Fabricate required in-house tools.
• Comply with safety and 5S related requirements.

Job description

• To carryout the Tool Making specifically for die insert and punches production , CNC lathe machine for Heading machine and shop floor use.
• Covering the 1 shift tools (die insert and punches) production for about 30 Heading Machines usage.
• Preparing Setup Tools for FA & Regular Production.
• Fabricate the required In-house Tools
• Complying to all the System / Safety/5S related requirements.
