• Covering tools production for 30 Heading Machines.
• Prepare Setup Tools for production.
• Fabricate required in-house Tools.
• Comply with System/Safety/5S requirements.

Job description

Tool Making – Die Inserts & Punches Production

• To carryout the Tool Making specifically for die insert and punches production, CNC lathe machine for Heading machine and shop floor use.
• Covering the 1 shift tools (die insert and punches) production for about 30 Heading Machines usage.
• Preparing Setup Tools for FA & Regular Production.
• Fabricate the required In-house Tools.
• Complying to all the System / Safety/5S related requirements.
