Overview

We need a technical pro to install, fix, and maintain our clients' TM UniFi networks. This is a field-based role.

Key Duties

• ✅ Install full UniFi systems on-site.
• 🔧 Perform proactive system check‑ups and updates.
• 🐛 Troubleshoot connectivity and performance problems.
• ⚙️ Configure modems, routers, and networks to integrate with UniFi ecosystem.
• 💬 Provide clear explanations and excellent service to clients.
• Professionally install and configure UniFi networking equipment (Access Points, Switches, and related hardware) at client sites.
• Perform scheduled maintenance checks for network health, performance, and security; update firmware and manage device configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues related to Wi‑Fi coverage, connectivity, speed, and stability. Provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Configure modems, routers, firewalls to establish secure and efficient internet connections; set up VLANs, VPNs, and other advanced network features as required.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, explain technical concepts, and provide basic user training on their new systems.
• Accurately document network layouts, configurations, and service reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with UniFi ecosystem hardware and software (UniFi Network Controller).
• Strong understanding of IP networking, TCP/IP protocols, and Wi‑Fi technologies.
• Ability to configure modems, routers, and switches.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
