Job summary

M Plus Marketing Consultancy Sdn Bhd (Puchong) is seeking a content creator to plan, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok content and manage campaigns. The role emphasizes staying ahead of social media trends and collaborating with the marketing team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in content creation, with strong video skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. On-camera presence is a plus and results-driven performance is expected.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in content creation, especially on TikTok.
Basic knowledge or experience in TikTok Ads is an added advantage.
Proficient in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Comfortable appearing on camera is a bonus.
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
Shoot and edit videos (short-form content) for marketing and branding purposes.
Develop creative ideas, scripts, and storyboards aligned with campaign objectives.
Manage TikTok advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
Stay updated with latest TikTok trends, algorithms, and viral content strategies.
Collaborate with marketing team to execute content strategies.
Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
