A dynamic marketing company based in Petaling Jaya is seeking a seasoned TikTok Marketing Specialist to develop engaging content, manage live sessions, and optimize affiliate programs. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce, and a strong understanding of TikTok trends and strategies. You will work closely with influencers and internal teams to enhance brand visibility.
Develop, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content tailored to TikTok trends and audience behavior.
Collaborate with internal teams or influencers to conceptualize and produce high-performing video content.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all TikTok content.
Plan, host, and manage TikTok Live sessions regularly to boost brand awareness and direct engagement.
Coordinate live collaborations with influencers, brand ambassadors, or product specialists.
Monitor live chat interactions and ensure a positive viewer experience.
Manage and track affiliate programs on TikTok Shop or other platforms linked to TikTok.
Collaborate with content creators and KOLs to promote products via affiliate links.
Analyze affiliate performance and optimize strategies for conversions and ROI.
Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of TikTok paid advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
Monitor ad performance and provide regular reports and insights
2-3+ years in TikTok/digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce & performance marketing.
Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop operations (product listing, live selling, promo management).
Proven track record of driving sales via TikTok (not just engagement metrics).
Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and conversion tracking.
Analytical mindset—ability to interpret sales data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Familiarity with Malaysian TikTok trends, buyer behavior, and local influencer partnerships.
