As a Sales Associate, Boutique Associate, and TikTok Live Host at Rico Rinaldi, your role revolves around making sales, delivering excellent customer service, and being the face of the brand during live-streaming sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers to ensure a delightful shopping experience at Rico Rinaldi boutiques.
• Responding promptly to inquiries via the website and WhatsApp.
• Managing inventory and handling sales in-store, online, and during live streaming sessions.
• Hosting engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase products, interact with viewers, and drive sales.
• Closing sales effectively via WhatsApp, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, or face-to-face with customers in the boutique.
