Job summary

SOUTH OCEAN TECHNOLOGY Sdn Bhd is seeking a Live Host & Live Stream Operations Team Lead to oversee our TikTok Live Commerce activities. This role will manage daily live programming, monitor performance, and guide Live Hosts to meet campaigns and sales targets.

You will collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations to optimize selling angles, plan campaigns, and analyze metrics such as GMV and conversion rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok Live, e-commerce, sales, or live operations.
• Experience managing or coaching a team, preferably Live Hosts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with sales data and performance reports.
• Target-driven, proactive, and hands-on.
• Good understanding of TikTok trends and Live Commerce.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support live operations when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly TikTok Live schedules.
• Coordinate Live Host schedules, assignments, attendance, and live hours.
• Monitor live sessions and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Track key performance metrics including GMV, orders, conversion rate, viewers, and GMV per live hour.
• Coach and provide feedback to Live Hosts to improve sales, engagement, and performance.
• Support the onboarding and training of new Live Hosts.
• Work with E-Commerce, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams on products, promotions, vouchers, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute major campaigns such as Double Digit, Payday, Platform, and Brand Campaigns.
• Develop effective selling angles, product positioning, and live session strategies.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly live performance reports.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Monitor competitor activities, TikTok trends, and new Live Commerce features.
• Continuously improve live SOPs, workflows, and selling strategies.
