Job summary

JL AFFLUENT is seeking a confident Live Host to join our team. You will host property-related LIVE sessions on TikTok and other platforms, engage viewers, and generate leads with guidance provided.

The role also includes lead follow-up via WhatsApp and calls, coordinating with the sales team to arrange showroom visits, and supporting marketing efforts to improve engagement.

Responsibilities

• Host and conduct property-related LIVE sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Present property projects, locations, facilities, layouts and key selling points in an engaging way.
• Interact with viewers through comments, questions and LIVE engagement.
• Maintain good energy, confidence and communication throughout each LIVE session.
• Encourage viewers to register their interest and arrange showroom/site visits.
• Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads for follow-up.
• Continuously improve LIVE presentation skills, content delivery and audience engagement.
• Follow up with leads generated from LIVE sessions through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Contact potential customers to understand their property interests and requirements.
• Provide basic project information and assist in arranging appointments with the sales team.
• Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status.
• Perform other sales and marketing support duties when required.
