Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive to support our TikTok Shop growth, focusing on creator/affiliate recruitment, follow-up and sales growth. Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided.

Key duties include recruiting and communicating with creators, coordinating samples and LIVE collaborations, monitoring performance and GMV, and using AI tools to boost efficiency and ideas.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interest in TikTok, e-commerce and affiliate marketing.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, responsible and target-driven.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude is highly preferred.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and communicate with TikTok creators/affiliates
• Follow up on samples, video posting and LIVE collaborations
• Build and maintain good relationships with creators
• Identify high-potential creators and encourage repeat collaborations
• Monitor creator performance, sales and GMV
• Support TikTok campaigns, promotions and creator activities
• Use AI tools to improve daily work efficiency, content ideas, communication and data analysis
• Stay updated with TikTok trends and competitor activities
