Job summary

Total Marketing & Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a data/marketing internship to support creator management and campaign reporting in Penang. You will access the TikTok system, categorize creators, and maintain data in Excel for performance evaluation.

You will assist the marketing team in coordinating with creators for collaboration videos, livestreams, and brand events, while compiling reports and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Familiar with accessing and navigating TikTok Creator Center.
• Ability to categorize creators by profiles, niches, and brand fit.
• Experience retrieving data and applying Excel formulas for data management.
• Prepare alliance data reports and analyze creator performance.
• Communicate and coordinate with creators for collaboration videos and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating creator profiles and background information.
• Research and identify suitable creators based on their content niche, audience, engagement, and brand requirements.
• Assist in categorizing and matching creators with suitable brands for collaboration opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and maintain creator and campaign data using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in preparing Excel reports, applying formulas, and analyzing creator performance data.
• Prepare alliance data reports and assist in analyzing campaign and creator collaboration results.
• Communicate and coordinate with creators regarding collaboration opportunities, including video content, livestream sessions, and brand events.
• Follow up with creators on collaboration status, content submission, livestream schedules, and event attendance.
• Assist the marketing team in monitoring creator campaigns and ensuring collaborations are carried out according to brand requirements.
