What we are looking for

We’re looking for a hands‑on, TikTok‑native creator to take ownership of Scandy’s social presence from day one. This isn’t a typical social media role — you’ll shape the brand’s voice, turn trends into stories, and build an engaged community around Scandy’s. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing TikTok‑led strategies that grow awareness, fuel engagement, and translate into tangible business results.

What You’ll Do
  • Own TikTok for Scandy’s: Build and execute TikTok strategies that drive brand awareness, store traffic, and product hype
  • Own TikTok Shop: Set up, manage, and optimise TikTok Shop listings, campaigns, and creator‑led sales
  • Create Scroll‑Stopping Content: Turn Scandy’s brand, products, and in‑store moments into engaging, on‑trend TikTok videos
  • Chase Virality: Spot trends early, use sounds and formats smartly, and consistently test content that can go viral
  • Build the Community: Engage with followers, creators, and fans to grow a loyal Scandy’s audience
  • Run the Content Engine: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish TikTok content with a clear posting cadence
  • Learn & Optimise: Track performance, test ideas, and refine content and sales based on what actually works
