Job summary

You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish content, research trends, craft captions and hashtags, and coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, digital marketing, multimedia, mass communication, design or related field.
• Experience in TikTok content creation and video editing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior.
• Proficient with CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Creative, energetic and able to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to meet deadlines.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven *TikTok Content Creator & Editor* to develop engaging short-form video content that increases brand awareness, engagement, followers, traffic, and sales on TikTok and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging TikTok videos.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current TikTok trends, audience interests, and brand direction.
• Produce content for product promotion, campaigns, new launches, educational content, and promotional activities.
• Edit short-form videos using tools such as *CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software*.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, effects, and other creative elements to improve video engagement.
• Write engaging TikTok captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags.
• Conduct trend research and identify trending sounds, formats, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align content with sales campaigns and promotional calendars.
• Create TikTok Shop content that supports product discovery, conversion, and GMV growth.
• Assist with TikTok LIVE content preparation when required.
• Monitor video performance, including views, watch time, engagement, CTR, conversion, and sales.
• Analyse content performance and continuously improve future content based on data.
• Maintain a consistent brand image, tone, and visual style across all TikTok content.
• Coordinate with influencers/KOLs or affiliates when required for content creation.
• Manage and organise raw footage, edited videos, thumbnails, and content assets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in *TikTok content creation and video editing*.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviour.
• Proficient in *CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools*.
• Creative, energetic, and able to develop fresh content ideas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and meet content deadlines.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera is an advantage.
• Experience with *TikTok Shop, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or livestreaming* is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok analytics and performance metrics is preferred.
