Job summary

E7 Media Malaysia is seeking a Content Creator to develop creative and engaging short-form content for clients’ TikTok campaigns. You will study each client’s brand, identify what their audience watches, and translate marketing objectives into concepts that grab attention beyond trends.

From brainstorming ideas and researching trends to scripting, directing shoots and guiding editors, you’ll collaborate with talents and clients in a fast-paced agency environment to deliver standout videos.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form content for social platforms.
• Ability to generate ideas consistently.
• Good storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Agency or production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm TikTok and short-form video ideas for client accounts.
• Research current TikTok trends, formats, sounds and styles.
• Understand each client's brand, products, audience and marketing goals.
• Develop monthly content directions and concepts.
• Create hooks and angles for first seconds of videos.
• Prepare scripts, captions and talking points.
• Attend and lead client content shoots.
• Direct clients and talents during filming.
• Collaborate with videographers/editors to finalize videos.

As a Content Creator at E7 Media, subsidiary of E7 Tok Singapore, you will be responsible for developing creative and engaging short-form content for clients across the TikTok platform. You will need to understand each client's business, identify what their audience wants to watch, and turn marketing objectives into creative content that gets attention. This role is not just about following trends.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative TikTok and short-form video ideas for different client accounts
• Research current TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds and content styles
• Understand each client's brand, products, target audience and marketing objectives
• Develop monthly content directions and concepts
• Create strong hooks and angles that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Turn content ideas into clear storyboards and shooting concepts
• Prepare scripts, dialogue, captions and key talking points
• Attend and lead client content shoots
• Direct clients, talents and presenters during filming
• Work closely with videographers/editors on the final video and provide clear editing directions

About you

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and short-form content
• Creative and able to generate ideas consistently
• Good storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Confident in communicating and presenting ideas
• Comfortable directing clients and talents during shoots
• Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Basic video shooting/editing knowledge is an advantage
• Agency, production house or social media experience is an advantage
