Job summary

ExxonMobil Malaysia is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity investigator to join our IT security team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead investigations, perform incident response, and help defend enterprise-scale systems.

Candidates should have 3+ years in cybersecurity investigations, hands-on forensic and malware analysis, and strong scripting skills; certifications are a plus. You will collaborate with global teams to strengthen defenses and response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g. GIAC GCFA, GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, CEH, CISSP).
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity investigations, incident response, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with forensic analysis, threat hunting, or malware analysis.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex IT infrastructures.
