• Ensure customers receive a comfortable and pleasant treatment experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area
• Follow all company treatment procedures and service standards
• Provide excellent customer service and build good relationships with customers
• Maintain proper care and handling of treatment equipment
• Assist with other centre duties when required
